Request for improvement: annual certificate of donations

We would like to transfer an improvement that we consider important for the platform: the possibility of generating an annual donation certificate.

Currently, the certificate is issued on a monthly basis, which in practice creates several difficulties. Many donors don't keep these emails throughout the year or find it difficult to locate them when they need them, especially during periods such as the income campaign.

This means that, when a donor requests their annual receipt, from the entity we have to carry out inefficient manual work:

unify 12 monthly certificates in a single document, or

sending 12 separate files, which is impractical for both the donor and our team.

Therefore, it would be very useful if the platform could incorporate functionality that:

automatically adds up all the donations made by a person during the fiscal year,

generate a single annual certificate,

and that this document be sent only to donors who request it.

This improvement would optimize internal management, reduce operational burden and offer a much more comfortable and professional experience to the donor.

We remain vigilant, as we believe that this functionality would provide important value to entities that work with tax certificates on a recurring basis.
